Do I have to pay for any loan costs prior to obtaining my loan?There are no up front costs to obtain a loan from Citizens. An upfront cost is an amount you have to pay prior to obtaining a loan. For example paying for a credit report or an appraisal with your application for a loan is an upfront cost. We do not have any upfront costs with our loans. In lieu of any upfront costs we have a service charge that is included in your loan balance as a portion of your finance charges. |
